Booking in a gaming repair at one of our drop off points
Any of the Cash Crusaders branches listed below should help you to book in your gaming console. Please remember they are only drop off points and have nothing to do with payments, estimates, repairs or queries. If you have any queries once you booked in you gaming console for repair, please contact us on 021 820 3737.
Please remember to call or email us after you booked in your console to let us know where and when you booked it in, we can then arrange for the collection and this will speed up the process.
Please make sure you fill in your name and surname, your cell no and most importantly you email address, we only send quotes via email so you can reply and give us a go ahead in writing.
Next please sign our terms and conditions on the form you fill in at the branch where you booked it in.
Once we received the console we will send you a message via sms and or email letting you know it’s arrived at our work shop and we are busy with it. After this we will send you an estimate on the repair and await your go ahead.
Once we get a go ahead from you via email/sms we will send you the invoice for payment with our banking details, as soon as the repair is done we will send it back to the branch where you booked it in and send you a message to let you know it’s ready for collection.
If you come to us directly it works in the same way you will just collect from us again. And if we collect from you directly it’s still the same we will just deliver the repaired console back to you again.
